Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the game and community operate smoothly.
2.Advocate internally on behalf of players so that development teams and Tencent as a whole are informed of player needs.
3.Coordinate with production, development, and marketing teams to develop community and game features.
4.Research and analyze high-quality social media content of our competitive products or related game genres, helping us optimize our overall product content plan.
5.Analyze the impact and performance of past postings and features to help create new plans for continuous improvement and growth.
6.Own the communication efforts around game updates, balance changes, fair play, competitive play and player education.

Qualifications:
1.Native Portuguese or German or Spanish or Italian or Indonesian speaker, fluent in English.
2.Must have a passion for games, especially MOBA games!
3.At least 2 year professional experience managing social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitch, etc.).
4.Experience with managing online communities and executing community content and program plans.
5.Manages and self directs priorities with minimal oversight.
6.Excellent writing, communication and analytic skills.
7.Appreciation and enthusiasm for Internet humor, pop and gaming culture.
8.A big plus if you are highly ranked in a MOBA game.
9.A big plus if you are fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
