Qingdao English Learning Academy(QELA) is looking for full-time and part-time native teachers for ESL teaching. It is a language center based on the city center of Qingdao, a large northern coastal city. Students age ranges from 3-12 mainly, plus a small part of teenagers.

Job description:
Teaching English to small groups (4-12)
Developing online course, and help recording video clips

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and above, majoring in TESOL or English Literature and related majors preferred
TESOL or CELTA certificate holders
Up to 40 hours teaching time each week (averagely around 20), flexible office hour required
No less than 2 years teaching experience for pre-primary or primary kids
Earnest and dedicated in working, getting along well with kids, energetic and lively, very good team player

Benefit:
Full-time
Salary ranges from 15,000-20,000 RMB after tax according to teacher’s qualification
Free Accommodation, well equipped apartment with sea view bedrooms
15 days holidays with 1/3 paid
Working visa application
Free Chinese class provided

Part-time
240-340 rmb per hour according to teacher’s qualification
