We need a content writer to fill in the content on our applications and pages.

Key responsibilities will include:
Taking ownership of brand voice, style and tone
Producing and managing the company’s content production schedule in line with marketing campaigns
Creating compelling content for multiple channels for lead generation campaigns, brand awareness and employee comms
Partnering with Senior Marketing and Design stakeholders to ensure content is optimized for SEO and fully supports the digital strategy to generate leads and increase traffic
Working with multiple stakeholders across the wider business to produce engaging content for web pages, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, videos etc.
Producing content that is tailored to the company’s core audience and meets marketing objectives
Ad-hoc projects as requested
Key experience/attributes required:
3+ years gleaned from a Technology background
Basic understanding of US Real Estate market and culture
Experience taking complex technical solutions and turning these into compelling stories
A strong understanding of SEO best practices for web copy
Experience leading content marketing (from editorial to production)
Proven experience creating style guides and maintaining brand tone of voice
Experience managing multiple stakeholders
Creative flair and a passion for writing
Gravitas, credibility and strong communication skills
