1. 根据各渠道的销售预测及销售计划，以及产品库存情况、采购周期、生产周期等信息，组织和制定产品的需求计划和备货计划；

2. 监督工厂的生产进度，跟踪每批产品的交货、备货状态，及时反馈重要/异常信息，确保产品按质按量及时入库；
Monitor the production progress of the factory, track the delivery and preparation status of each batch of products, timely feedback of important/abnormal information, to ensure that the products are timely stored according to the quality and quantity
3. 制定原物料的需求计划，向供应商提供滚动物料需求预测；
Develop raw material demand plan and provide rolling material demand forecast to suppliers
4. 负责对生产计划管理、采购管理、库存结构的持续优化，不断提高和改善计划准确率；
Responsible for the continuous optimization of production planning management, procurement management and inventory structure, and continuously improve the accuracy of the plan
5. 负责定期监控成品及原物料库存、健康情况，及时反馈异常情况，使其达到合理的库存周转率；
Responsible for regular monitoring of finished product and raw material inventory, health status, timely feedback of abnormal situation to achieve a reasonable inventory turnover rate
6. 负责按时编制各类相关供应链管理报表及数据分析报表，及时向上级汇报；

[任职要求]：
1. 本科以上学历，供应链管理及相关专业优先；
Bachelor degree or above；major for SCM is preferred.
2. 三年以上大型企业供应链、计划管理工作经验；
3 Yr's experienced in SCM or Planning in big company is preferred.
3. 具备以生产计划、销售计划为核心的供应链基础管理、项目管理等知识；
have relevant experience with planning, sales plan or SCM.
4. 熟悉供应链管理各环节的相关流程，能够对生产、采购、物流等方面资源进行有效优化及整合；
Familiar with supply chain management processes, able to effectively optimize and integrate production, procurement, logistics and other resources
5. 需有较强的组织、计划、控制、协调能力以及优秀的沟通谈判能力；
Strong organization, planning, controlling and coordinating skills as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
