①.No job ID
If you wish to include a job id, then this must be contained in the post itself and clearly labeled. Titles containing strange numbers (e.g. 'English teacher 27753') are confusing to our users. In future please include them in the job description as follows: 'Job id: 27753'.
②.40 characters
Job titles will now have a character limit of 40. Any more characters and the post will be rejected.
③.No spelling mistakes
We also do not want to see spelling mistakes in your posts, if you are not confident with your English then get in touch and we can help.
④.No strange signs, No unnecessary punctuation
No strange signs should be included in the title, e.g. ★★★★★English Teacher Wanted!!!★★★
We also do not want to see odd punctuation, 'Sales Executive' is fine, 'Sales Executive!!' is unacceptable.
⑤.No salary and location in the title
The salary must not be included in the title. This information should already be contained within the post and need not to be featured in the title.
The title must not contain the location of the position, e.g. 'English Teacher Wanted in Beijing'. The location should be contained within the post and need not be featured in the title.
⑥.Specific and concise position title
Please try to be specific in your titles. Avoid overly general titles like 'Sales' or 'Education' when you can narrow them to 'Sales Executive' or 'English Teacher'. At the samep time do not go overboard with the level of detail. 'Sales Executive for an International Brand Located in Beijing at the Address of...' is far too much detail. Simply putting the name of the position will suffice, but make sure it is clear what the position is.
⑦.Only position title
Posts must only contain the position being offered in the title (i.e. Sales Executive,Kindergarten English Teacher, etc.) . Mentioning salary and benefits in the title (i.e. High Salary, Make Money Now, Free Apartment, Good Benefits, Visa, etc.) would not be acceptable.
